Easy Caramel Pecan Family loves cinnamon rolls for years! Overnight cinnamon rolls are easy using frozen bread dough. Brown sugar cinnamon buns with chopped pecans and homemade gooey caramel.
– 1¼ cups powdered sugar– 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream– 1 cup pecans coarsely chopped– 1/2 cup brown sugar– 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon– 2 frozen white bread dough loave– 3 tablespoons butter

Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Mix powdered sugar and heavy whipping cream in a small bowl.

The mixture will be thick, as expected.Spread into baking dish with spoon or spatula.Put pecans on top.

Place brown sugar and cinnamon in small bowl and set aside.
Spray and lightly dust a surface, roll out 1 loaf into a rectangle the size of the 9x13 pan. Spread half the butter on the dough.

Sprinkle half of the cinnamon/sugar mixture on butter. Thawed dough may take a few minutes at room temperature to soften and roll out.

Roll the dough from the longer side of the rectangle, not the shorter sides, and cut it into 8 pieces.

Put each piece on the pecans in the pan. Four rows of four cinnamon rolls apiece.
Repeat with second loaf.

The roll-touching plastic wrap should be coated with cooking spray. Refrigerate overnight. Cover the baking dish and leave it at room temperature for an hour in the morning.

Bake 25–30 minutes at 350°F.Cool the baking dish for 5 minutes.Flip your pan over a dish or cutting board and serve warm.
