Old Fashioned Garlic Caper Butter Baked Salmon

Easy garlic butter Cooking baked salmon takes 30 minutes. One baking pan, tender, flaky salmon with garlic and caper. Repeat this simple but tasty salmon dinner. Mom taught me to bake salmon, and I've done it for years. My favourite way to cook salmon quickly and healthily. Baking salmon with garlic, capers, and herbs in butter.

Ingredient

– 1 and 1/2 pounds salmon fillet, skin removed – 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened – 3 garlic cloves, minced – 2 tablespoons capers, drained – 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped – 1 lemon, zested and juiced – Salt and pepper

Instruction

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Use parchment paper on a baking sheet. After drying with paper towels, place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking sheet. Sprinkle salt and pepper lightly.

Put the softened butter, chopped parsley, lemon zest, drained capers, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice in a small bowl. Mix the ingredients together.

Put the garlic caper butter on top of the salmon fillets with a spoon and spread it out gently to cover the top.

Just until the salmon is cooked through but still moist on the inside, bake for 10 to 12 minutes. It might take a little longer for thicker cuts.

Take the garlic caper butter salmon out of the oven and serve it warm. If you want, you can add extra chopped parsley or lemon wedges on top. The butter will make a tasty crust that is golden and crispy. Have fun!
