– Shrimp Salad– 1.5 pounds pre-cooked small shrimp – 2 stalks celery finely diced– 2 green onions thinly sliced– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill– 1/3 cup mayonnaise– 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice– 1 tablespoon dijon mustard– 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning– ½ teaspoon kosher salt– ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper– Shrimp Roll Bun– 4-6 split-top brioche hot dog bun– 2 tablespoons butter
